- Managed complex contract negotiations including: business development activity/ identified purchasers and sold company’s retail business (asset purchase agreement) and wholesale business (stock purchase agreement). Re-negotiated major logistics contracts with Bank America and Texas Capital Bank. Signed new interconnection wholesale voice solutions to Google and Microsoft with multi-year contracts.
- Devised and successfully executed on two turn-around business plans, both companies were in a negative cash position when he took over. Returned the companies to profitability, and both companies were sold years later to the benefit of the shareholders.
- Integrated the sales, marketing and customer service organizations of two companies following their merger. Instituted a new CRM system.
- Exceeded new territory sales goals by growing the South Central region by 30% in 1 year to $1.3 million in annual recurring revenue.
