Job Description:
We are seeking a Global Account manager for one of our Premier Accounts. The correct person will be Someone with prior experience managing large global accounts as they will be the global “go-to” person.
Qualifications:
Strong management, leadership and entrepreneurial skills to execute tactical and strategic objectives.
Strategic Account ownership as a primary responsibility. Proven track record of closing business and with strategic/solution selling.
Experience working with manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
Extensive experience in coaching and motivating sales teams to instill best in class organization processes and disciplines.
Ability to manage and lead technical sales personnel.
Strong business and analytical skills to manage budgets, analyze performance information, review and work with product management and engineering on pricing initiatives driven by customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present at customer meetings, training sessions and with executive summaries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Sales.
5 years international business and 3+ years experience sales management
Minimum 8 years of combined experience in sales in the electronics industry specifically with Hardware Components
Telecommunications or mobile communications industry specialty is required.
Proven success managing a large, global book of business of at least $50-100 mil is required.
