Job Description:
The Carrier Sales Manager will be responsible for uncovering, developing and closing new business as well as managing key accounts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Wireless Operators and OEMS within the Eastern US region.
The Carrier Sales Manager will also:
Create and execute sales plan to achieve revenue objectives to increase market share.
Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing and sales strategies increase market share.
Coordinate resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts;
Forecasting of multiple sales opportunities through the use of CRM tools on a annual, quarterly and monthly basis
Introduction of new products and services in the region..
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
5-10 years RF product sales experience
Knowledge and understanding of RF systems such as antenna systems, RF filters, wireless broadband, DAS technologies and the markets for these.
A proven track record opening up b new business within the Wireless Carrier segment – Tier 1 and Tier 2 and the associated OEM space;
A proven track record in major account development and successful sales performance in the sale of complex accounts
