- As a Sr. Project Manager at a Tier 1 wireless carrier, he managed a highly complex 1.5 year long project merging Enterprise Telephone for two major financial institutions.
- Led projects from start to finish including technologies from backup, network, wintel, unix, telecom, and DB across 2000 servers. Managed and coordinated efforts with 3rd party vendors, internal infrastructure teams to deliver projects on time and under budget.
- Managed two projects with acquired financial institutions (120 branches and 2,200 users). Hired and managed 250 field technicians, 12 regional technical leads and 14 project coordinators to oversee activities and budge of $616,000. Saved the company $70,000 in travel costs and increased project margins by 20%.
