Job Description:
They are expanding their Pre / Post Sales Engineering Services team in the Midwestern US and are looking for a DAS RF Engineer to lead presales and postsales activities. You will work closely with Regional Sales to take new DAS installation projects from the initial design and proposal through to integration, optimization and customer acceptance.
Responsibilities:
You will be a part of a highly experienced team and will be the key Technical Lead in your region, in regular contact with current and prospective customers, who include Tier 1 Wireless Operators and other high profile companies in the wireless industry. Other duties include:
- Support the sales team by developing and delivering technical presentations and solutions to the customer
- Creation of quotes, RFI and RFP responses
- DAS System design using iBwave
- Identification within existing and prospective customers of new sales opportunities based on your technical understanding of their current and future needs
- Oversee Deployment through to Customer acceptance, including System Integration, Optimization, Troubleshooting and Resolution.
Qualifications:
- BSEE or equivalent experience with DAS systems
- Proven RF Engineer experience with DAS design, installation and optimization.
- Excellent presentation and customer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate complex technical solutions.
- Experience as technical lead managing DAS installations from proposal to customer acceptance, either directly or through third party integrators
- Experience working successfully with minimal supervision.
- iBwave design experience and certification is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
Compensation: 80 – 90K + Bonus
