Job Description:

My client is recognized as a market leader in wireless communications. We are looking for a Service & Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for the service department’s business intelligence, service product management & commercial execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the product lines, sales, marketing and service engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to better understand buyer behavior and pain points; help develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market.
  • Specify market requirements for current/future products by conducting market research.
  • Ability to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of those products.
  • Assist in developing service sales, market strategy & product offering.
  • Compile & create operational data into meaningful reports to support sales, inventory management & financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others. Excellent people and management skills.
  • Ability to contribute to both strategic and operational product marketing requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Previous electronics repair or calibration industry experience desired, but not a hard requirement.

Compensation: 80 – 100K + Bonus
