Job Description:
My client is recognized as a market leader in wireless communications. We are looking for a Service & Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for the service department’s business intelligence, service product management & commercial execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the product lines, sales, marketing and service engineering to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Utilize market research and competitive analysis to better understand buyer behavior and pain points; help develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in the market.
Specify market requirements for current/future products by conducting market research.
Ability to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of those products.
Assist in developing service sales, market strategy & product offering.
Compile & create operational data into meaningful reports to support sales, inventory management & financial initiatives.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail are required.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others. Excellent people and management skills.
Ability to contribute to both strategic and operational product marketing requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Previous electronics repair or calibration industry experience desired, but not a hard requirement.
