Experience Summary:
We are currently representing an excellent Program Manager, who has 15 years of experience in Audio Systems.
Some of his accomplishments include:
- Launched the 2012 automotive amplifier for GM global vehicles. Worked with Germany, China, and Korea to design, manufacture, and launch the latest amplifiers for the vehicle OEMs.
- As a test engineer, completed his Lean Six Sigma Certification and the project he worked on reducing the manufacturing lines. He eliminated unneeded processes in the manufacturing line which removed a few headcounts and saved the company $200k a year.
- Streamlined a call center for technician repairs. If any of the machines went down on the manufacturing floor, a line worker would call and a ticket was created which was then sent to a technician who would fix the problem and then call back and enter information into database. Through the database you could see what the uptime on a machine was.
- BSEE, Minor in Acoustics, MS in Management, Certificate in Project Management.
