- Grew a Wireless Professional Service business from zero to $9,000,000 in 24 months by personally closing an AT&T Wireless deal worth $9 million, during this process building the sales and engineering staff from zero to 27.
- Managed a team of 325 staff members in the deployment of a $800,000,000 optical network, one of the largest in the US, completing in 6 months versus the 18 month timeframe while exceeding his gross profit margin objective by 6 points.
- Exceeded revenue and profit contribution requirements for last 4 years by an average of 12.13% and 29/.29%, respectively.
- Using a Six Sigma Service Delivery Framework, he consistently exceeded revenue by 12.13% and profit by 29.26% respectively over a four year period of time.
