- Assisted in the growth of a $20M professional services business to a $100M business in 5 years with an exit to a publically traded company. Contributed to revenue generation and managed the services delivery model throughout this rapid expansion.
- Post acquisition; participated in integration efforts of the two service delivery models with the acquired company’s service methodology becoming the standard for global professional services of the acquiring company. Integrated 3 additional professional services firms that had been acquired.
- Rolled out a comprehensive employee performance program designed to incentivize employees ranging from janitorial services to senior managers.
- Incredible ability to build cohesive teams; achieved this globally, cross-functionally, and across vendor boundaries.
- Assisted in launching new division generating revenue streams in excess of $30M in the first year with a combination of acquired products and new services.
