We are currently representing an excellent Director of RF Engineering, with over 20 years of wireless industry experience including leading the deployment of GSM, CDMA 1X-EVDO and LTE wireless networks in multiple markets in the US and overseas.
Some of his accomplishments include:
- Managed engineering departments of 100+ employees.
- Deployed in excess of 1000 ODAS nodes and 1200+ macro sites in a major market on schedule and on budget.
- Developed strategy for a cable company WiFi build-out, also contributing to LTE build-out strategy.
- Defined services, tools, and people-competence needed to deploy multi-vendor small cells.
- Experience with Ericsson/Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Samsung, and Motorola equipment.
Our candidate is currently based in the Southwest and is willing to relocate.
