- Led a $15M US-based datacenters consolidation and virtualization initiative reducing IT costs by over $14M+. Renovation, re-platform, Cat6 and Fiber-optic, Cisco-Nexus backbone, Blade chassis/servers, HVAC and all circuits.
- Built Enterprise Private Cloud to deliver SaaS and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) capabilities for mobile computing and Siebel CRM to offer variety of tools for Sales force and Agents.
