We are currently representing an excellent Senior Customer Engineering Manager, who has 16+ years experience in the wireless telecom industry.
Some of his accomplishments include:
- Extensive experience hiring and developing high performing customer facing engineering teams across multiple countries and geographies. Teams that provide services to carrier customers; as well as to support technology deployment, new products introduction and services.
- Six years at a device manufacturer, within R&D, directing and overseeing carrier requirements and new product introduction/carrier SW acceptance for the entire Latin America market consisting of 85+ carriers and distribution partners. Led the staff maintaining the highest levels of employee engagement and productivity with negligible turn-over rates.
- Ten years of experience with a major handset manufacturer at various engineering and management roles; exposed to pagers, cellular handsets and network infrastructure projects; supporting all carriers with systems engineering and warranty operations support.
- Several years of experience in manufacturing technical operations roles, covering wireless devices test systems engineering and product engineering activities both as a lead and as an engineer (individual contributor).
- In addition to his traditional expertise in wireless, this candidate is targeting mobile computing and cloud technologies value added services, as suitable segments of the industry to further explore in the future.
