Company Description:

International company that has developed new products for the M2M industry in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage relationship with cellular carriers in supporting their M2M Sales and Solution Development teams
  • Manage direct and indirect large enterprise customers and their M2M opportunities
  • Develop innovative M2M solutions in conjunction with our M2M EcoSystem of System Integrators and Solution Developers.
  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies and bring developed M2M solutions from our EcoSystem partners to market
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets as defined.
  • Identify and sell our M2M Gateway device to large volume opportunities
  • Find opportunities outside the opportunities generated by our existing distributor and reseller partners that will grow the total volume for the product.
  • Manage the relationships involved and create the necessary programs to drive volume.
  • Develop bundled solutions with Company devices that address the needs of specific verticals.
  • Define the best means to sell the bundled solution to as broad of a base as possible.
  • Work with the channel and distribution partners in bringing the solution to market
  • Identify and sell to companies that would use our products as their end point platform.
  • Define companies that need a 3G or LTE connected end point who do not see the endpoint hardware as their value differentiation or service.
  • Sell the Company’s product as their ready-to-use hardware and software endpoint solution.
  • Manage the relationship and work with them to get the solution to market and to create programs to drive volume.

General:

  • Provide feedback on customer needs and the market potential that can be realized when those needs are met
  • Manage the relationships key customer accounts
  • Manage the relationships with key partners
  • Work with other members of the sales team to drive volume overall in North America and Worldwide
  • Prepare and conduct training for customers and partners
  • Travel requirements of 25-50%

Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years experience with sales and business development with M2M and 3G wireless technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, key players, and best practices in the wireless and M2M space

Compensation: 80 – 90K
