Job Description:

The Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Sales Manager will be responsible for uncovering, developing and closing new In–Building System (IBS) business with venue owners and system integrators. While the focus will be on the venue owners and SI’s, there will also be management of key accounts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Wireless Operators and OEMS within the Eastern US region.

The DAS Sales Manager will:

  • Create and execute sales plan to achieve revenue objectives to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing and sales strategies increase market share.
  • Prospect and qualify new DAS business opportunities in Real Estate and REIT vertical, such as with Commercial Real Estate, high-rise Office, Shopping Malls, and Hospitality (Hotel) venues.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts;
  • Forecast of multiple sales opportunities through the use of CRM tools on annual, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Introduce new products and services in the region

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with selling In Building Coverage Solutions or related RF technologies such as antenna systems, wireless broadband, RF filter and RF Repeaters.
  • Understanding of DAS systems.
  • Successful sales to Enterprise accounts.
  • Self-motivated, well organized and be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
