Job Description:

We are currently working with a worldwide leading handset manufacturer. They are in need of someone that will support the implementation of the digital consumer experience within their retail strategy. You will develop and implement consumer content in a retail/carrier environment (mobile phones, tablets, electronic products, etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and managing content of the handset program for retail merchandising, PR and training purposes.
  • Work directly with agencies to develop, implement, and evolve the retail experience & create the content; maximize consumer attraction and engagement within retail outlets.
  • Work with various functional areas to set strategic retail & merchandising direction (regular dialogue and creative collaboration with key accounts may be required).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of in retail (marketing, strategy, content creation).
  • Recent experience creating and driving implementation of the digital experience of the shopper journey in a retail environment.
  • You must have an understanding of how to effectively position certain products to communicate a certain message with customers in retail outlets.

Compensation: 100 – 115K base + 20% bonus
