The marine product line is a broad array of equipment that makes enjoying the outdoors even better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our sales team and keep our sales growing
- Lead our marketing team
- Develop marketing strategies and materials
- Lead the execution of market research to better understand the market and product needs
- Work with development teams to refine and enhance product offerings
- Manage product launches
- Travel nationwide with some international travel
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree or B.A. degree with technical experience
- MBA degree is a plus
- 5+ years of technical sales or marketing experience
- Advanced understanding of sales/marketing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Technical depth
- Comfortable with long sales cycles
- Advanced persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
Compensation: 90 – 110K
