Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Account manager for one of our Premier Accounts. The correct person will be Someone with prior experience managing large global accounts as they will be the global “go-to” person.

Qualifications:

  • Strong management, leadership and entrepreneurial skills to execute tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Account ownership as a primary responsibility. Proven track record of closing business and with strategic/solution selling.
  • Experience working with manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and motivating sales teams to instill best in class organization processes and disciplines.
  • Ability to manage and lead technical sales personnel.
  • Strong business and analytical skills to manage budgets, analyze performance information, review and work with product management and engineering on pricing initiatives driven by customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present at customer meetings, training sessions and with executive summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Sales.
  • 5 years international business and 3+ years experience sales management
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in sales in the electronics industry specifically with Hardware Components
  • Telecommunications or mobile communications industry specialty is required.
  • Proven success managing a large, global book of business of at least $50-100 mil is required.
