Job Description:
Working within our clients customer support organization, you will provide technical expertise on 4G LTE technology for products during Carrier Certification programs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with companies international team to gain expertise in LTE products
- Execute testing sessions and test campaigns in labs or in the field,
- Support customers when testing or certifying their products
- Understand, investigate and analyze technical issues encountered on LTE modem during testing sessions
- Issue clear test and performances reports
Experience:
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications
- 2-3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in network testing area
- System-level knowledge of broadband wireless access systems or other similar wired or wireless systems, preferably on LTE.
- Previous experience in software development, validation or network integration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- First experience with customers is a plus
- Fluent English
