Job Description:
The RSM interfaces between the Company and both Sales Reps and Customers. Product demonstrations and benchmarks play a key role in the selling process and, depending on complexity, are performed by the RSM in most cases. Therefore, we need a strong technical sales person.
Qualifications:
- BSEE or electronics type degree.
- Proven sales OR applications experience
- Willingness to travel in the Midwest and to trade shows. Approximately 20-25%.
- Team player, willingness to learn.
Compensation: 85K Base; 130 – 150K OTE
