We are looking for a dynamic individual that likes the excitement of a growing business. As our client launches a new line of wireless products to tier 1, tier 2 and regional carriers, national retailers and distributors across the United States and Canada, they need likeminded individuals that want to grow with them. We are looking for someone with the experience, dedication, attitude and commitment to be successful within their company. This role is part of the Supply Chain department for the North America Region.
Duties:
Secure on time delivery of products
Clear purchase order placement, follow up and delivery
Clear understanding on Supply Chain (material, logistic, production, etc)
Material, control and exposure risk management
Leadership approach with problem solving
Excellent organizational skills, self-directed, and able to produce with minimal guidance
Work under constant pressure, evolve over time due to the nature of the position
Manage day to day operation with high attention to detail.
Communicate well with various levels across multiple departments
Must be willing to learn new things and present new ideas to improve the current standards in order to increase operational efficiencies
High level of interaction with North America region, as well as China based teams, including; email interaction, conference calls, ‘Skype’ instant messenger tool communication/ interaction to address real time issues/ situations
Quality and Customer Oriented
Ad-hoc Task execution based on assignment
Be capable of handling fast paced situations and adapt well to change
Qualifications:

Working with China base teams
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a Customer Service orientation, quality commitment, strong work ethic
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize among those tasks
Strong written & verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
Solid experience and skills in computers including Excel and other IT systems
Candidate must be professional, accessible, and flexible to the changing needs of the department, must work well in a team environment
Be capable of handling fast paced situations and adapt well to change
Supply chain experience plus along with an attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
