Job Description:

The North America region for our client is currently seeking a key role of Reverse Logistics Specialist. They are looking for an eager individual that likes the excitement of a growing business in the wireless industry.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise and experience, preferably in the mobile industry, in reverse logistics, inventory management, parts usage and parts forecasting/ordering/tracking, RMA issuance and repair center and customer RL support.

They need someone with the experience, dedication, positive attitude and commitment to join their North America region.

Duties:

  • Manage repair center forecast volumes and parts usage and coordinate/track all parts ordering/stock to ensure TAT KPI’s can be supported.
  • Participate in regular calls with the repair centers to review KPI performance, action items, and track any open actions to on-time closure. (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Participate in regular calls and meetings to support carrier customers and 3PLs
  • Issue RMA’s as needed and process credit memos.
  • Determine reporting needs for both self and management.
  • Timely communicate status to management and colleagues in formal reports, emails, IM, and conference calls.
  • Effectively communicate with various levels of the organization and management.
  • Perform other duties as needed and related to job function.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years minimum of direct reverse logistics experience, preferably in the telecom industry or other technical/manufacturing industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple devices and multiple repair centers and their respective inventories, parts usage and ordering needs simultaneously.
  • Ability to support multiple customers and their various SKU’s and RL needs.
  • Responsible & dependable; comfortable working with deadlines.
  • Carrier, OEM or other industry related experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent time management skills and ability to work with moderate supervision
