Summary:
The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting our product line of Distributed Antennas Systems, Macro antennas, and connectors. Primary responsibilities include sales support, customer support, training, commissioning support, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of Distributed Antennas Systems
- Expert knowledge of RF principles
- Demonstrated expertise designing Distributed Antenna Systems
- Proficient with iBwave radio planning software
- Understanding of antenna characteristics and antenna systems
- Knowledge of fiber optics
- Understanding of RF connectors
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Flexibility with work hours
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to direct or perform DAS commissioning and customer integration
- Proficient in the use of RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, optical test equipment and other testing tools
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for system faults, alarms and performance degradation
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment
- Effective in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Compensation: 95 – 130K + 35% bonus
