Job Description:

The North America region for our client is currently seeking a key role of Sales Operations Analyst for the T-Mobile/Metro PCS account. The ideal candidate will drive activities which will significantly contribute to the success of the sales organization and its ability to meet and exceed business targets. This individual will be tasked with areas of contribution to help the sales organization run effectively with specific efforts to the T-Mobile/ Metro PCS accounts, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives. This role reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager, North America.

Duties:

Sales Planning and Analysis:

  • Cross-functional planning and management with sales, supply chain, technical support, marketing, finance and operations for T-Mobile/ Metro PCS accounts.
  • Plan and supervise individual account forecast.
  • Supervise sales reporting tools and deliver sales reports.
  • Analyze sales against budget, market share, trending account status and end-user pricing analysis.
  • Review P&L performance, pricing strategy, pricing lifecycle with price erosion management, prepare sales reports with actuals vs. budget tracker as well as sales expense control.

Business Development Administration:

  • Manage arrangements for customer meetings, high-level executive PowerPoint presentations,
  • Research and suggest strategic direction for new business development opportunities and P&L evaluations at account or product level.
  • Review commercial agreements and contracts for alignment of commercial needs vs. internal requirements.
  • Provide management level communication and accountability with account contracts before and after execution.

Sales Administration:

  • Provide administrative analysis support to Sales Executive Team.
  • Review sales transactions, support company functions and sales event coordination & deliverables.
  • Maintain reports: sell-through reports, launch plans, FOPDI reports, demand plan and project planning.
  • Maintain and provide Sales Team KPI’s.
  • Plan and prepare necessary supporting elements to produce yearly budgets.

Internal Support:

  • Be the go-to person for the account communications related to sales administration internal and external as it relates to the T-Mobile / Metro PCS account.
  • Understand account needs and deliver daily communications to facilitate sales processes and SOPs.
  • Ensure that necessary reporting as requirement(s) compliance in relation to carrier agreements is being generated and executed by Finance department.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field with 5 years proven experience.
  • Sales operations and administrative experience in related field, project management, business development, marketing, sales analysis, sales experience is a plus; OEM, carrier, retail, distribution or wholesale.
  • Candidate must be professional, accessible and flexible to the changing needs of the department, must work well in a team environment, capable of handling fast paced situations and adapts well to change.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, quality commitment, strong interpersonal skills, negotiations and business management.
  • Supply chain management experience is a plus along with an attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Operational management, sales business development and order processing.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Sales Force, contact manager and P&L format / review. Experience in producing budgets and financial modeling.
  • Positive attitude and a pleasant customer service experience, a great work ethic and the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented, organized and punctual.
