Job Description:

  • The Technical Sales Manager will recruit, manage and motivate resellers, distributors, manufacturer representatives and partners such as system integrators.
  • Work with the channels and end users to close business.
  • Conduct webinars to train resellers and customers.
  • Develop additional sales opportunities within existing accounts. There is extensive travel of 80% required for this position.

Qualifications:

  • BSCE or similar degree.
  • Technical sales experience in networking, IT or software.
  • Channel Sales Management experience.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.
  • Strong communications skills
  • Experience in technical sales of IT / computer networks or related IT or security      products or software.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar contact management tool
  • Sales to transportation, security, public safety markets is a plus.

Compensation: 70 – 95K base + quarterly bonus, OTE 130 – 170K
