Job Description:

Territory Business Manager is responsible for all sales to accounts and for deploying national and regional sales strategies at target accounts, segments and verticals while optimizing sales volume and profitability within the prescribed territory.

  • Possess excellent product knowledge to successfully sell Company’s products
  • Manage Territory Sales Budget. Includes CM%.
  • Achieve annual TBM key account sales budgeted dollars.
  • Develop and maintain strong selling relationships with key business and alliance partners in the region.
  • Identify, develop, implement and manage individual and subordinate sales targets, strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor Company sales coverage and relationships at the local level while providing direction to field sales personnel on Company policies, strategies, procedures and sales objectives.
  • Meet / Exceed individual and subordinate sales targets within assigned Territory.
  • Use sales tracking systems to accurately manage and direct assigned sales organizations to maximize and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years experience selling a technical product. Knowledgeable with data communication cables and IP applications.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering, MBA preferred.
  • Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) or Registered Information
  • Technology Professional (RITP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Travel is expected to be approximately 50%.

Compensation: 95 – 100K + Bonus
