- Successfully introduced multiple Smartphone chips (LTE, 3G UMTS, TSCDMA) in his employer’s roadmap; product planned multiple software releases for each chipset.
- Complete product lifecycle and business development experience in concept creation, product approval process through business council, market requirement definition, customer promotional programs and working with cross-functional teams to realize the products.
- Incredibly strong relationships with Samsung, LG, HTC, Huawei, Nokia, Motorola, etc.
- Demonstrated excellent ability in leading the cross-functional team to define, develop and launch successfully several chipsets running multi-mode modem embedded software/firmware.
- Collaborated with Strategic planning group on advanced communications planning in LTE and Cellular/Wi-Fi Mixed Network program.
- Managing several Smartphone chipsets featuring integrated Application Processor and WCDMA/LTE Release 10 Modem with Carrier Aggregation.
- Working with China’s Emerging Accounts for getting design wins and ensuring customer product launch.
- Multiple Patent Holder – BS Electrical and Computer Engineering.
