We are currently representing an excellent Technical Account Manager, who has over 10 years of experience in product management/technical acceptance for one of the largest Handset companies in the world.
Some of his experience includes:
- Managed product acceptance schedules and customer launch strategies for CDMA handsets.
- Launched products to Verizon, Sprint, Cricket and Tier-1 customers in Latin America, India and China.
- Prioritized product acceptance issues and supervised requirements for government approvals.
- Served as customer’s advocate to R&D and Sales to assure flawless product acceptance.
- Managed customer requirements to secure more than 30 product approvals on schedule.
- Was primary point of contact for carrier’s acceptance lab, managed customer technical requirements and coordinated CDG3 activities.
Our candidate is currently based in Southern, CA and is willing to relocate anywhere for the right opportunity.
